Since 2007, I’ve been fortunate enough to work in the Tamarindo Real Estate market, and I’m truly grateful to call this slice of paradise my home. It’s a place with a strong sense of community offering a lifestyle few could only dream of. That is why I sincerely enjoy sharing my passion for our community with anyone who has the desire of making this wonderful place their own.
Life for me started in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1984. My parents moved back and forth from the U.S. to Bogotá, Colombia until eventually settling in Texas. At the turn of the millennium we all moved together to start our life in Costa Rica. After finishing high school I attended U. Latina where I graduated with a degree in Business Administration and eventually relocated to Tamarindo to pursue a career in real estate.
I later took a break from the real estate game to work in the non-profit field, overseeing operations for Latin America with Planet Water Foundation and directing a local charity called Costa Rica Makes Me Happy. Throughout my business career, I have always been deeply involved with my local church, Iglesia Casa Vida, where I currently serve as one of the pastors on staff.
Having now returned to real estate, I believe that my experience in the non-profit world as well as my role as a pastor, has helped shape my approach to work with my clients in a more genuine manner. I seek to listen and understand their needs and show true authenticity when it comes to guiding them through their decision making process to buy or sell.
I personally cover a large span of areas as far south as Nosara reaching up to Las Catalinas. These are all areas that I not only specialize in but also frequently enjoy spending time there with my beautiful wife, Terri Lynn, and our three wonderful children. Alongside 2Costa Rica Real Estate, our reach covers the whole country being able to meet any of my clients needs when searching for the perfect property in our tropical haven.
When it comes to investing in our area, my years of experience and local knowledge allow me to truly assess each of my clients needs. I believe I offer an authentic understanding of Costa Rican culture, as I am fully fluent in Spanish and have lived over half of my life in this beautiful country. Coupled with my American cultural upbringing, I am able to guide my clients through the nuances of both cultures.
Ultimately, my goal is to serve my clients to the best of my God given abilities with the hope of showing the incredible lifestyle that Costa Rica has to offer.
